Founded in October 1980, RDA's practice focuses on the MEP engineering design and commissioning of corporate offices and mission critical facilities, as well as on the modernization of existing building infrastructures. As New York’s largest tenant advocate, RDA is structured, from the ground up, to make sure our clients achieve 100% of their project goals in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
RDA employs over 100+ professionals, 26 of which are licensed professional engineers and 22 of which are LEED APs. We are currently licensed to practice in 25 states.
