An experienced designer of high-technology commercial space, Marc Feldman is known throughout the industry for how smoothly his concepts for trading floors, data centers, television studios, infrastructure build-out/upgrades, central plants, and control systems move from design to application. In addition to his design expertise, Marc prides himself on being an “expert listener” who collaborates effectively with architects and construction teams to ensure successful and timely implementation of the contract documents.

Since joining RDA in 1994, Marc has led the design teams for Condé Nast’s 750,000 sq. ft. relocation and Morgan Stanley’s 1,000,000 sq. ft. headquarters, both located in Times Square. Marc has also designed and overseen projects for clients including Wachovia, UBS Securities, and Univision Television Group.

A licensed professional engineer, Marc holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Energy Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
