Stephanie Bell has been active in the audiovisual field since 2000. She specializes in project management of AV systems for commercial office space and client relations.

Stephanie oversees all ongoing audiovisual projects for Robert Derector Telecommunications and is currently managing the audiovisual design for the fit-out of a 320,000 square foot facility in New York City. The audiovisual standards for the project include high definition videoconferencing and broadcasting capabilities with a budget of 3 million dollars.

Stephanie’s experience includes a wide range of clientele including major corporations such as Merrill Lynch conference center in NY (AV budget $750,000), Merck conference room build-out in NJ (AV budget ($1,000,000), Boeing Aircraft in McLean, VA (AV budget $1,300,000), Deloitte International in PA (AV budget $500,000), Bryan Cave LLP in NY (AV budget $400,000), and Bloomberg LP in NJ (171,000 sq. ft.). She has also completed numerous projects for firms specializing in financial services, pharmaceuticals and educational institutions.

Prior to working in the audiovisual field, Stephanie was a project manager for a global financial marketing firm. Her responsibilities included coordination of security installations; both retro-fit and new construction, system upgrades, procedural implementation for employees and vendors, and training of site security personnel for all global offices.

As a member of the Actors’ Equity Association, Stephanie worked in the theatre industry as a Production Stage Manager. In addition to working with directors, actors, and running shows, Stephanie coordinated closely with Designers, Directors, Electricians, Technical Directors and Carpenters, as well as Artistic and Managing Directors.

Stephanie attended the University of Southern Maine and holds a CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) credential through the internationally recognized certification program of InfoComm International.
