With over 20 years experience in the design of emergency power systems, uninterruptible power supplies, and electrical distribution systems for computer room and trading facilities, Tom is often called upon to assume the responsibility of both project manager and lead electrical engineer for a variety of commercial, institutional, and building modernization projects.

Since joining RDA in 1994, Tom has served as lead engineer, project manager, and liaison for clients including Ernst & Young, Knight Securities, Garban Intercapital, Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital, Wachovia Securities and The NBA’s New York Flagship Store on Fifth Avenue.

A licensed professional engineer, Tom holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the New York University Stern School of Business.
