Engineer Tasks:

Design of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems for a wide variety of commercial, residential and retail projects.
Create plans, schematics, equipment selection, load calculations, systems narratives and specifications, system design and layout, field investigation and construction administration.
Perform design work with AutoCAD and/or BIM/REVIT modeling.
Prepare due diligence and feasibility reports.
Attend meetings with other project consultants.
Work in close contact with the entire design team.
Provide engineering support for engineering staff.
Comply with group and company standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
Working Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or REVIT desired (but not mandatory).
Fundamentals in Engineering (FE) certificate is desired (but not mandatory).
Must be self motivated and an effective team player.

Design of electrical infrastructure and interior for a variety of commercial, residential and retail projects.
Create plans, schematics, equipment selection, load calculations, systems narratives and specifications, system design and layout, field investigation and construction administration.
Perform design work with AutoCAD and BIM/REVIT modeling.
Prepare due diligence and feasibility reports.
Attend meetings with other project consultants.
Work in close contact with the entire design team.
Provide engineering support for Senior engineering staff.
Comply with group and company standards and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from accredited college or university.
Working Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or REVIT is a plus.
Fundamentals in Engineering (FE) certificate is desired.
Must be an effective team player and self-motivated.
