Electrical Project Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor Degree from accredited university in Electrical discipline.
• 5-7 years relevant experience in design of electrical systems for construction projects.
Proficiency in the latest version of AutoCAD.
• P.E. or E.I.T. (Desired).
• Must be an effective team player and be self-motivated.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
• Design of electrical systems for a variety of projects.
• Create plans, schematics, equipment selection, load calculations, systems narratives and specifications, system design and layout, field investigation and construction administration.
• Perform design work on CADD system.
• Prepare due diligence and feasibility reports.
Attend meetings with other consultants.
Work in close contact with the entire design team.
Provide engineering support for Senior engineering staff.
Comply with group and company standards and procedures.



Senior Electrical Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS in Electrical Engineering
• 10-15 years consulting engineering experience and a minimum 5 years supervisory experience required.
• Thorough familiarity and understanding of interiors electrical systems.
• Knowledge of Critical Facilities, emergency generators and UPS design and lighting control systems.
• Thorough understanding of local codes.
• Field trouble shooting skills.
• Ability to perform quality control review of contract documents.
• Must be an effective team player
• PE license is preferred but not required

MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
• Managing all aspects of electrical design projects including equipment selection and specifications, system design, layout, calculations and field visits with minimal supervision.
• Load calculations, lighting and power circuiting, equipment selection, equipment specification, system design system layout, field investigations, construction administration and quality control.
• Preparation of due diligence, and feasibility reports.
• Perform project management, interface with clients and attend meetings and presentations. Oversight of the profitability of production.
• Supervising 2 - 6 members of an electrical studio.



Mechanical Project Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in the latest version of AutoCAD.
• P.E. or E.I.T. (Desired).

Senior Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education.
• 10-15 years consulting engineering experience.
• Thorough familiarity and understanding of commercial interiors, plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems for Critical Facilities.
• Thorough understanding of local codes and agency standards.
• Field trouble-shooting skills.
• Ability to perform field surveys, systems recommendations and quality control review of contract documents.
• Must be an effective team player.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES:

• Managing all aspects of plumbing and fire protection design including equipment selection and specifications, system design, equipment room layouts, calculations, construction administration, quality control and field visits with minimal supervision.
• Preparation of due diligence, and feasibility reports.
• Perform project management, interface with clients and attend meetings.
• Oversight of support personnel and design engineers.
•Your technical expertise must be complemented by self motivation and strong communication skills.
