Our Team Approach

The way our teams are organized and the way our staff works together is what makes us so successful.

All projects are managed by a minimum of one partner of the firm who will serve as the primary interface among the other team members. Depending upon the exact nature of each particular assignment (i.e., electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, etc.), this partner will be joined by one or more other partners in developing the conceptual designs.

Supporting the partners is a team of seasoned professionals who are active on each project from beginning to end providing continuity throughout for communications among Client, Contractor, etc.

Our staff has remained remarkably consistent throughout our existence and we have every reason to believe that our design teams will remain intact throughout the duration of each assignment. Meetings are held with the Project Management Teams as required in order to assure system designs are respectful of the budgetary constraints of our clients. Weekly in-house status meetings are held to ensure that progress and technical content is maintained to the highest standards.
