RDA provided full MEPS professional engineering services for the fitout of floors 5, 6, 8 and 9 at Tisch Hall for the NYU Stern School of Business encompassing a total area of approximately 34,000 USF. The space, which was originally built out as a dormitory, was converted to office and academic use. Existing air conditioning and electrical services were extended to support the new office occupancy which served the undergraduate Dean’s office, Human Resources Payroll Department, the Institute of Retail Management and other departments. Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and
Fire Protection designs were implemented for a mix of private and open offices, conference rooms, a multipurpose room, a lounge area and several pantries.
