5000 sf datacenter on 4th floor, 23 stories. With 2000 Level 3, 4 and 5 Commissioning of new and repaired infrastructure and critical systems including life-safety generator, standby-generator, new electric chiller and ice  storage plant, condenser water  system and associated pumps , glycol and chilled water systems, pumps, cooling towers and drycoolers.  Datacenter and server room HVAC and power commissioning including UPSs, ATSs, PDUs.  Central BMS system was commissioned.  Also, lighting control systems, fire suppression systems. Performed confirmation services of the flush-out procedures for LEED CI credit 3.2.
