LEED Registered Corporate Headquarters located in a $1 Billion+ multi-use development. The infrastructure package is complete. The fit-out package is scheduled for completion in 2010. The facility will include a 48 story office tower to house Wachovia Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) division plus a 9 story podium building to house up to 2500 traders, central mechanical plant and 24,000 SF Tier IV Data Center. Total fit-out area more than 825,000 SF. Future occupancy of 4,500 employees.

Mechanical Overview
