LEED Certified Corporate Headquarters located in a $1 Billion+ multi-use development (Completion Fall 2009). The facility will include a 48 story office tower to house Wachovia Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) division plus a 9 story podium building to house up to 2500 traders, central mechanical plant and 24,000 SF Tier IV Data Center. Total fit-out area more than 825,000 SF. Future occupancy of 4,500 employees beginning third quarter of 2009.
