In his leadership role, Ray maintains and strengthens the RDA’s commissioning team and helps it achieve each commissioning project’s goals.  A strong believer in quality and results, Ray leads the RDA team through the testing and sampling of electrical commissioning.  He is responsible for overall quality control and is an expert in testing results and their accuracy.  Along with his team, he has performed dozens of tests on numerous projects and has directed many projects. Testing has included electrical power studies of generator UPS’s, ATS’s, PDUs and STS’s for data centers and building power. 

A goal oriented professional with over 18 years of experience in the Power Quality Industry, Ray exercises leadership and assists in developing outstanding service teams that are well known for their technical ability as well as dedication to customer satisfaction. 

He has also been involved in developing ground level procedures constructed for the corporate national customer service level.  Ray was formerly employed with an Uninterruptible Power Supply Manufacturer, Eaton Powerware Corporation.  His belief and dedication has enhanced his reputation throughout the industry.  Prior to Powerware, he worked as a manager in small businesses.  Ray attended Managerial and Leadership Skills (seminars) at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, WI, and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, Powerware Corporation.
