Anthony P. Nuciforo, a founding principal of RDT, specializes in telecommunications infrastructure and data center engineering for technology-intense organizations. Since beginning his career in the 1980s, Anthony has worked with many firms in the planning, design, and construction of such projects for large-scale corporate, commercial, and institutional complexes.
In recent years, Anthony has managed numerous projects for Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, and Mirage Resorts, among others. These include a 1,000,000 square foot corporate office tower with 2,000 trading positions on four floors and their associated data centers, and two resort hotels and casinos totaling 7 million square feet of space. Most recently, he has managed the planning of a 50,000 square foot data center for a major financial services firm. Anthony has also been involved with projects in Albuquerque, NM; Las Vegas, NV; and Kauai, HA, where he has overseen the design and implementation of telecommunications systems and their supporting infrastructure for a new generation of technologically enhanced judiciary complexes.
Anthony has been an active member of the TIA telecommunications infrastructure standards committee and has contributed numerous articles on infrastructure topics to trade publications. He has also written a chapter on telecommunications for a graduate test on urban infrastructure planning. He is a lecturer at Pratt Institute’s Graduate School of Architecture, where he speaks on urban infrastructure design. Anthony is also an instructor for several professional development seminars that cover various topics related to telecommunications infrastructure.
