Robert Derector Commissioning (RDCx) provides comprehensive services to encompass rigorous site testing, meticulous adjustments, and thorough verification of building and/or tenant systems. Guided by the Owner’s Project Requirements and Basis of Design, we collaborate closely with owners, facility managers, and construction teams to ensure flawless functionality and project success upon completion.

Our Energy and Sustainability Group provides analyses to help commercial tenants, building owners, and data center users understand how they use energy and where savings could be made. This group also offers utility provider rebate studies and is an approved Flextech engineer for NYSERDA.
