Leonard brings over fifteen years of experience in the audiovisual industry to the RDT team, including design work in the financial, government, and higher-education sectors. Leonard has a client-first design philosophy, focusing on user needs over technology.

Leonard’s past project work includes New York’s PSACII, Fordham Law School, and the Port Authority boardroom and associated spaces at 4 WTC as well as numerous projects for Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, and other financial institutions.

An active figure and recognized expert in the audiovisual industry, Leonard has regularly contributed to AV trade publications and been recognized by System Contractor News for their AV Hall of Fame for his promotion of equality and diversity within the industry.

Leonard has earned an AVIXA CTS-D certification.
